Baker extraordinaire and local darling, who's work is consistently featured in Seattle Metropolitan Bride and Groom, Susan Rosellini of Rosellini Sweets mastered a cult classic. "Faux-stess" Cupcakes and Twinkies - and even tastier than the original.

I personally tasted and witnessed a phenomenon. One minute a few bakers dozen of each were on a table, and the next all had been in the belly's of hungry party-goers.
